• Semester 2 – 1/1/22 – 5/15/22
• Quarter 3 – 1/1/22 – 3/15/22
• Quarter 4 – 3/16/22 – 5/15/22
  All Year – 10/1/21 – 5/15/22

Reporting of activity completion is done quarterly via a SADD-opoly Quarterly Reporting Form. Forms are available at www.actmissouri.org/sadd-programs.
