The Art of Prevention contest aims to generate dialogue between youth and community leaders around alcohol prevention efforts in youth, particularly related to driving under the influence. Elementary, middle, high school, and post-secondary students in in greater Jefferson City area schools are eligible to participate by submitting a piece of art on a youth alcohol prevention topic.
Digitally submit a copy of your art work along with a brief synopsis.
A panel will select pieces to exhibit in Jefferson City along with a presentation of winners.
The information collected on this page will be displayed with selected pieces at the live showcase on October 26.
For submissions where the entry is from a student under 13 years of age, parental/guardian consent is required.
Missouri SADD is managed and operated by ACT Missouri, the statewide prevention catalyst that promotes safe, healthy, and drug-free communities. Two statewide coordinators are available to assist you in building a strong, successful SADD chapter.
