- Has an elected or appointed officer team
- Meets at least two (2) times a semester
- At least five (5) members entered into the SADD Portal by December 1
- Completes at least one (1) of the three (3) following SADD National Programs – SADD Shines, Rock the Belt, and Is it Worth the Risk
- Conduct at least one (1) traffic safety activity

- Has an elected or appointed officer team
- Meets at least four (4) times a semester
- At least ten (10) members entered into the SADD Portal by December 1
- At least one (1) article highlighting the chapter published in a school or community newspaper, blog, or similar publication
- Completes at least two (2) of the three (3) following SADD National Programs – SADD Shines, Rock the Belt, and Is it Worth the Risk
- Attend one (1) Textless Live More event or utilize Textless Live More programming in your school
- Conduct at least one (1) traffic safety activity

- Has an elected or appointed officer team
- Meets at least monthly each semester
- At least fifteen (15) members entered into the SADD Portal by December 1
- At least two (2) articles highlighting the chapter published in a school or community newspaper, blog, or similar publication
- Has written support for SADD activities from the local mayor or governmental body, local or county law enforcement, state or national representative or senator, or local prevention coalition
- Completes all three (3) of the following SADD National Programs – SADD Shines, Rock the Belt, and Is it Worth the Risk
- Attend one (1) Textless Live More event or utilize Textless Live More programming in your school
- Conduct at least two (2) traffic safety activities
- Attend the Speak Hard Youth Rally
- Host a youth safety event for elementary or middle school students
