We invite you to share your knowledge and expertise with our youth during this year’s advocacy event. Proposals will be selected for quality and creativity of content, cultural sensitivity, applicability, applicant experience and education, presentation method, and originality. When designing your workshop, presenters should target the current topics that endanger Missouri’s teens. Workshops are 50 minutes in length, and should be activity driven with a strong take-away message.
Any and all materials used in your presentation must be original work, or you must obtain written permission from the owner. Applicable permission documentation must be included with this application. Speakers agree to supply a copy of the presentation or a link to the presentation to ACT Missouri for distribution after Speak Hard.
Applications are due January 27, 2017.
