ACT Missouri invites preventionists, community coalition members, counselors, law enforcement officers, educators, school nurses, and anyone that works with or cares for youth to attend. It will be an information-packed opportunity to enhance prevention efforts, motivate volunteers, share ideas, network with others in the field, and get the latest updates and resources to keep Missouri’s kids safe and substance free!
The conference is November 18-20, 2019 at the Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, Missouri. Registration is open and the cost is $70.00 (before noon on November 8), $85.00 after the deadline. This includes conference materials, one networking dinner, two breakfasts, two lunches, and one break. Lodging is available for a rate of $90.00 on November 18th and 19th by mentioning “2019 Prevention Conference.”

Rooms are available at The Lodge of Four Seasons at a rate of $90.00++ per night for Single & Double Occupancy 11/18 & 11/19. Mention “2019 Prevention Conference” for the reduced group rate. Reservations will be accepted & guaranteed at this group rate no later than 10/21/2019
A special group rate of $102++ for Single & Double Occupancy will be offered two days prior and two days after conference. Extra night stays will be at individual attendee’s expense.

This award honors a well-deserving member of a DBH registered coalition whose work includes supporting and empowering community prevention efforts through outreach, education, marketing, advocacy, collaborative initiatives, and increased dialogue between adults and youth about the danger of substance use.
This award celebrates a coalition’s success in making a dramatic impact in FY2019 in the areas of outreach, advocacy, media, education, or training. Describe how the coalition made significant changes or improvements since the previous year using the Strategic Prevention Framework.
This award celebrates a coalition’s sustained level of excellence; not just in the most recent fiscal year. Describe how the coalition continuously impacts the community prevention efforts through advocacy, education, outreach, and establishing collaborative relationships.
