James Hummel is a newly minted Missouri Prevention Specialist having only joined the prevention ranks in January of 2019 when he started his new role as a Civil Operator with the Missouri National Guard Counterdrug Program. He has a long history with the Missouri National Guard going back to February of 2001.
His primary duties are on coalition strategic planning with the development of 5 planning products: Community Assessments, Logic Models, Strategic Action Plans, Evaluation Plans, and Sustainability Plans.
He has three children under the age of 8 and one on the way!
